It starts with completely understanding your needs.

The best results happen through collaboration. The best collaboration happens when everyone is in sync with one another. This requires a lot of conversation. It takes some time to get on the same page, but we want to reach a level of passion and understanding that allows us to build brand and marketing strategies with a deep connection to your long-term goals and objectives.

Define Goals and Objectives.

The most important step is clearly defining your goals and objectives. We won’t move beyond this step until it is absolutely clear what is expected of us.

Make a Plan.

Once we understand the end result we will work on creating a plan that reaches that goal. This is a collaborative process. There will be multiple ‘calibration’ meetings to ensure we are working towards the same objective.

Do the Plan.

We want to move as fast (or faster) than you, but the only way to do that is to make sure we know exactly what we are doing. The old saying, slow is smooth and smooth is fast, resonates with us. We are not shy of work. We are shy about working on something that isn’t important.

Then, we’ll stay in constant communication.

Weekly updates.

Sometimes a weekly sit-down meeting is unnecessary, you’re busy, projects are running smoothly, etc. but we want to keep you updated on even the smallest details. We provide a weekly email update on all initiatives.

Monthly meetings.

Once a month we plan to meet in person to discuss your plan and initiatives. We are happy to meet more often and a lot times its required but our minimum requirement is once a month.

Keep doing the plan.

It requires discipline to continue on a long-term plan. Constant communication, clear objectives, and passion to hit goals are the fuel we use to stay committed.
